Supr Bueno – Return & Refund Policy (EU)

At Supr Bueno, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, one-of-a-kind Shopify websites tailored to each client. Due to the custom nature of our work, our return and refund policy is slightly different from that of businesses selling physical goods.
Right to Cancel (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason—unless work on the project has already started with your explicit consent.
By agreeing to begin your website project immediately (before the end of the 14-day cancellation period), you waive your right to a full refund under EU law.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day window and work has not yet begun, please contact us at hello@suprbueno.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds After Project Start
Once work has started or been delivered (in whole or in part), no refunds will be issued.
