Supr Bueno – Terms of Sale
Effective Date: April 19, 2025
By purchasing a service from Supr Bueno, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Supr Bueno is a creative studio that designs custom Shopify websites. All services are tailored to each client’s needs and are delivered digitally. We do not sell physical products.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [EUR/USD] and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified in the proposal or invoice) is required before work begins. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and depend on prompt client communication and feedback. Delays in providing content, approvals, or payments may impact delivery timeframes.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, up to [2] rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All final website files and assets are transferred to the client upon full payment. Supr Bueno retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients based in the EU have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless the work has already started.
Once work has begun or been delivered (in whole or in part), no refunds will be issued.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all required content, feedback, and access credentials in a timely manner. Failure to do so may delay the project and/or result in additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
Supr Bueno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website. While we aim to deliver high-quality and functional websites, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance metrics.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Spain/the EU], and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Madrid, Spain].
10. Attribution
Supr Bueno reserves the right to include a small, discreet “Made by Supr Bueno ♥” credit in the footer of any website we design. This functions as a digital signature and helps support our studio by allowing others to discover our work. If a client wishes to remove this credit, a one-time removal fee of €100 will apply.
